  I make sure I spray the words because wreckers shouldn't charge a lot for parts that are not guaranteed not brand new been rusted out there for years and are worth few cents especially when you give $100 just to get rid of a write off car.

  I went to Ace Wreckers as recommend by my mechanic and I was deeply disappointed! The old guy is just rude !!!! We brought the part took it home paid to get it fitted and it was broken. So took it back spoke to the younger guy he was great really helpful offered us a refund and apologised. Then the old guy walked up and starting saying no we don't refund and when I just asked it to be exchanged he then went on to say thats not our part ! Lucky I took a photo when I brought it at the shop to prove it was the same part as I'm trying to show the guy he just kept walking away! The poor young guy apologised yet again and just done the refund. Then the old guy just kept mouthing off saying next time send a man !!! Such a sexist human! Never ever again will i or my mechanic go to Ace Wreckers !!!!!!!!! Such a joke !

  Went there more than 3times to get some bits and pieces for my car like little cosmetics parts like plastic or rubber even old mudguard. Everytime I get there I get charged $50 what a joke for 5 screws and 1 broken plastic part that doesn't even match the car color. Looked for a seat belt and was charged $75 for and old rusted while I can get a brand new set or 2 for $45. Again went to get a blower fan and the guy asked about $750 as this is hard to find. Yeah sure... It's not on ebay.

  You guys just try to rip off people from overseas drive who vans that's all. We are not money makers and like you we have to work to pay bills and you don't want people to rip you off.
